KANSAS CITY, Mo. — If you’ve watched the television series “Duck Dynasty,” then you know each episode ends with the family sitting down having a meal together.
“Slick” Rick Essix and Rodney Smith from Jazz, A Louisiana Kitchen were featured guests on Thursday’s FOX 4 Morning Show and showed us how to whip up some great food with some southern-themed cooking that would make the entire cast of the popular series jealous.
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces of crawfish tail meat
- 1/2 ounce minced garlic
- 1 ounce chopped green onion
- 2 ounces Bonton seafood spice sauteed in a tomatoes base sauce that has holy trinity green bell peppers, celery and onions.
