From Kansas City to the big time! Kansas City native Mark “The Loveman” Pender joined us in studio on Thursday. Since 1993 he has performed on Late Night With Conan O’Brien and The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien as a member of The Max Weinberg 7 and The Tonight Show Band. He told us about his extraordinary career and how he’s hoping to help inspire local musicians through Kansas City’s Band of Angels.
