Ways to Keep Your Kids Active Inside

  • Use a large space in your home, such as a garage or basement
  • Create an obstacle course
  • Play catch, jump rope or throw a Frisbee
  • Play Ring around the Rosy, Duck, Duck, Goose or London Bridges
  • Exercise as a family with DVDs
  • Limit your child’s screen and media time
