KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A lot of young adults have a hard time making the transition to living on their own once they leave the foster care system. Most teens don’t have basic skills like how to cook for themselves.

Jennifer Matascik with Whole Foods Market stopped by FOX 4 to let viewers know how you can help these kids get on their feet.
