KANSAS CITY, Mo. — You can’t pick ’em, but you have to learn to deal with them. Clinical Psychologist, Jason Berman, gave us some tips on how to better deal with your co-workers and develop positive relationships at work.

His three main pieces of advice? #1. Bring positive solutions to the table. Don’t just point out problems. #2. Be friendly and respectful to your co-workers. (It’s never appropriate to yell at the people you work with!) #3 Be positive! Learn to enjoy your job.

By creating positive relationships at your workplace, your time at work will be more enjoyable.
