Amendment 7 asks voters to raise the state sales tax for road improvement projects.
Amendment 8 would develop a Lottery Ticket with proceeds going to veterans programs.
Amendment 9 would protect electronic communication from government searches.
In Kansas City, voters have two other issues to determine — whether to extend a 1/4-cent sales tax to help fund fire departments and whether to extend the streetcar district boundaries.
