KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Gregory Heisler has been described as having the mind of a scientist, the heart of a journalist and one who has the eye of an artist.
World-reknowned photographer Heisler’s ability to capture the emotion and purity in every single one of his photographs is unmatched.
And now, a new book draws upon 35 years of richly varied photographs that have been seen by millions of people around the globe. It’s titled Gregory Heisler: 50 Portraits.
Heisler was a featured guest on Tuesday’s FOX 4 Morning Show. He spoke about his work and showed some of the photos from his new book.
Heisler will discuss his new book and tell the stories of some of his best work at an event being held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5 at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.
If you would like to attend the event at the Atkins Theatre, you must register at ASMP.org.
