KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Victoria Arthur, 14, of Kansas City, Mo., went missing on November 15, and now the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children needs your help to find her.
Arthur was last seen leaving her home for school on the morning of November 15. She never made it to school, and has not been seen since.
Arthur is five feet tall and weights about 110 pounds, with auburn hair and brown eyes. It is possible that she may be with another juvenile female.
