KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Amateur Canadian forecaster Frankie MacDonald is in his early 30’s and has autism, and is somewhat of a celebrity on YouTube. His weather reports and predictions range from all over North America, and have in the past included some severe weather warnings for those of us in the Kansas City, Missouri area.
Above is yet another video sent to FOX 4 by MacDonald, who used this opportunity to wish everyone in the United States a happy and safe Independence Day on July 4.
