KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man who goes out of his way to keep life working the way it should at the Blue Hills Community Apartments was nominated for FOX 4’s Pay-It-Forward award. So, FOX 4’s Kathy Quinn went to surprise him with the news and the $300.
The maintenance man says he doesn’t work so hard and share his heart for the money.
