KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Attorney’s for employees who were working at the time of the JJ’s explosion have filed a lawsuit against six companies and an individual for the blast on Feb. 19 on the Country Club Plaza.
Southern Union Company, Heartland Midwest, Time Warner Cable, Missouri One Call System, USIC Locating Services and Michael Pailer were named in the suit. Palier, the lone individual named, was an emergency response worker for MGE, the lawsuit said.
The 25 page lawsuit was released Friday.
