BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. – A Blue Springs man was sentenced to 40 years in federal prison on Wednesday for child porn and obscenity.
In February, Jeffrey Treta, 47, pleaded guilty to two counts of producing child pornography, two counts of producing child obscenity, one count of possessing child pornography and one count of obstructing justice.
Treta allegedly used a child victim to produce child pornography on two occasions, January 19, 2013 and January 29, 2013. He then allegedly used two other separate victims to produce child obscenity between May 1, 2012 and Jan. 29, 2013.
