KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A 16-year-old has been charged by the Jackson County Juvenile Officer with four criminal counts after Thursday’s shooting at an ATA bus at 31st and Prospect. The charges filed against the teen are: first-degree assault, second-degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action.
The teen was taken to the Jackson County Juvenile Detention Center late on Thursday and is currently being held there. A press release said that no identifying information will be released.
