KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Murder charges were filed on Friday against Deon Graham, 18, and Tiara Harden, 18. The two are accused of murdering Shavar Buckner, 27, who was found deceased in a lower level hallway near a laundry room at the Suntree Plaza Apartments last Tuesday.

The pair are also charged with aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery. Prosecutors allege that Graham and Harden conspired together with Earnest Stamps to rob Buckner. Stamps was also found deceased at the scene, he is believed to have exchanged gunfire with Buckner.

They are being held in the Wyandotte County jail in lieu of $1,000,000 bond and are both likely to make to appear in court for their first appearance on Friday.
