KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri Mavericks have made it to the playoffs again and Kansas City fans are preparing to cheer them on on Friday April 4 and Sunday April 6.
Now’s the time to get behind the hometown hockey team! In doing so, you can also benefit the FOX 4 Love Fund for Children.
If fans buy their playoff tickets through Ticketmaster.com, they should use the special FOX4 code, which triggers a portion of their ticket sale to go to The Love Fund.
In addition to the automatic $5.00 donation, fans will ge $5 off any rinkside or center ice ticket.
On Friday, the Mavericks will play the Arizona Sundogs in Round One at 7:05 p.m at the Independence Events Center. Sunday’s game starts at 6:10 p.m.
