GARDNER, Kan. — Tyrone Jones said he will be out of business in 12 days because of a land use permit the city of Gardner, Kan., said it should not have issued.
It’s an unorthodox car dealership, operating out of a parking lot of a Phillipps 66 gas station that has been open since November. But on Monday, the city said it is no longer allowed.
