PHILADELPHIA, Penn. — A baby in a stroller fell on to the railroad tracks in Philadelphia. However, one woman’s quick thinking actually saved two lives.
Surveillance video on the train platform captured the stroller rolling away towards the tracks and falling off of the platform.
The baby’s mother jumped down on the tracks to grab her child.
Police say within seconds the video shows a woman using an emergency call box to alert dispatchers. They stopped the next oncoming train that was only about a minute away from the platform.
