OLATHE, Kan. — The Olathe Police Department recently located the 13-year-old endangered runaway, who had gone missing earlier this week, at a popular fast food restaurant.
On Saturday, officers responded to a check the welfare call at a McDonald’s restaurant located in the 2100 block of Santa Fe in Olathe. Police said they made contact with Emmaleigh Ann Fleming, who was cooperative and in good health.
She had last been seen at Prairie Trail Middle School in the 21600 block of W. 107th St. on Monday, May 12. Then, she was seen on surveillance video at a convenience store at K-10 and Woodland shortly after 3:00 p.m. that same day.
