OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – An employee at an Overland Park Dollar Tree store was arrested Thursday night for exposing his genitals to two different customers. On Friday Jeffrey Harper, 18, was arraigned and formally charged in Johnson County court for ‘lewd and lascivious behavior’.

The most recent victim talked exclusively with FOX 4 and knew something was wrong before he allegedly exposed himself.

“It was already creeping me out a little bit that he was following me around,” said the victim who wished to remain anonymous. “Then just this weird look on his face that he gave me seconds before I noticed that he was hanging out of his pants.”

Police said the most recent incident occurred inside the store at 9020 Metcalf. Both incidents are said to have happened this week. Police say that the first victim hasn’t pressed charges yet, but the most recent victim is hoping that changes.

“I want them to call in so I don’t have to deal with all of this by myself. If I have to court and I have to face him I don’t want to be sitting there by myself,” she said.

Harper entered a plea of not guilty and is set to be in court again on Thursday, June 13 at 9a.m. In addition to these charges Harper is also facing a probation violation charge stemming from an incident he had as a juvenile.

According to court records, Harper pleaded guilty to obstruction of legal process in November of 2011, to which he was sentenced to nine months of probation. Harper violated that probation order in June of 2012 and was sentenced to another 12 months in July.
