PLATTE COUNTY, Mo. — Two people from Kansas City, Kan. were the victims of a fatal dump truck accident on Saturday. Crystal L. Harris, 35, and Robert S. Richardson, 51, were killed after Richardson lost control of the vehicle and traveled through the embankment and crashing upright into Bee Creek.
Both Harris and Richardson were pronounced dead on scene by paramedics. It was the 32nd reported highway fatality in MSHP Troop A that took the 38th and 39th victims in 2013.
