KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City Police arrested a man Thursday morning along with the person he was with after the man refused to pull over for police.
Police say they began following the man at about 8:15 a.m. because he was driving the wrong way on Van Brunt. He then wrecked into another car at Independence Avenue and Van Brunt.
Two people jumped out of the car and tried to run away from police, but they were captured and arrested.
There were no reports of injuries in the wreck.
