If the itty-bitty details of a final agreement are worked out, Britney Spears will be the newest X-Factor judge.
Her salary: a whopping $15 million — or close to it. If the deal holds up, Spears will become the highest paid reality TV judge, overtaking Jennifer Lopez who earns close to $12 million, according to MTV.
But again, those itty-bitty details have to be iron out, including a one-year clause. Spears wants an out clause after one year if she doesn’t want to continue doing the show.
