KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Most adults get credit card offers in the mail all the time. But at least an adult is actually old enough to use one.
So when three-year-old Easton McCarty got a credit card offer in the mail from CitiBank, his mother was shocked. But the silliness of the offer has a sinister side, as experts say that it could be an indicator of identity theft.
