KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Family and friends of missing Lisa Irwin, known by many as “Baby Lisa,” held a vigil Saturday night for the four year anniversary of her disappearance.
“It’s very easy to lose your path and get discouraged, let all the negative thoughts come in,” said Jeremy Irwin, Lisa’s father.
Family and friends stood outside the home where Lisa was last seen, holding hands, praying and listening to music in her honor.
“It’s been four years, we’ve missed every milestone so far in her life and she deserves to be home where she belongs,” said Deborah Bradley, Lisa’s mother.
Signs with pictures of Lisa hang on the family’s Kansas City home, asking the public to help them bring her home safe.
The couple claims their daughter disappeared from her crib in the middle of the night. Investigators said the case remains open and continue asking for tips from the public. The Center of Missing and Exploited Children did not want to comment on our story.
