NEW YORK — Shoe lovers are about to get their fairy tale ending with their very own Cinderella glass slippers.
To celebrate the release of Disney’s live action version of “Cinderella,” Saks Fifth Avenue is releasing a collection of glass slippers inspired by the iconic fairy tale.
Disney consumer products asked nine luxury designers from around the world to create an interpretation of the princess’s famed pumps.
Designers include Jimmy Choo and Nicholas Kirkwood among others. Some of the designs even feature Swarovski crystals.
The line hits store shelves next month.
Disney’s “Cinderella” film debuts in theaters March 13.
