KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An accident at 350 Highway and Colbern Road killed a 59-year-old man Tuesday morning and shutdown the westbound lanes of the highway. That man was identified as Walter Roher from Lee’s Summit on Wednesday.
Police say he hit a rock bluff along 350 Highway just west of Colbern Road. Police still haven’t determined what exactly led to him losing control of the vehicle.
