KANSAS CITY, Mo. — More than 100 people were stuck on a malfunctioning sky lift at the Kansas City Zoo Saturday afternoon, and the Kansas City Fire Department was called in to rescue them.
The emergency call came in at about 2:10 p.m. Saturday. The sky lift began moving again about 20 minutes later.
There were no reports of injuries, but officials did close the ride for the remainder of the day.
