BURLINGTON JUNCTION, Mo. — A family worries a man will try again to snatch their daughter from her bed while she sleeps. The reported kidnapping happened inside a home in Nodaway County, Missouri. The little girl named Jayla, 8, says she was in bed when a man grabbed her and dragged her out the window.

“He threw me out the window, and he was throwing me around. He locked my jaws,” Jayla explained.

The Nodaway County Sheriff’s Dept. is investigating but says they have little to go on.

“He’s still out there, and it’s going to happen again,” Jayla’s father, Daniel Irvine worries.
