HARDIN, Mo. — A major flu outbreak at Hardin-Central schools has forced the school to shutdown Thursday and Friday.
Superintendent Mark Griffin told FOX 4 an average of 50 kids have been out sick this week — each day. The school only has about 250 students attending.
It’s unknown if any faculty members were affected.
Hardin is about 48 miles northeast of Kansas City.
