OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Hazmat crews are processing a home in Overland Park, Kan., after police served a search warrant and discovered evidence of a possible meth lab.

Five adults are in custody. Police removed evidence and placed them in the yard. They will be tested later. Police said the home did not house an active meth lab, but chemicals and ingredients use for making meth were found inside. Police called the evidence a “precursor to a meth lab.”

Overland Park and Prairie Village police said they have been working the case for nearly two months.
