LENEXA, Kan. — Proceeds from Kansas City Royal Billy Butler’s Hit-it-a-Ton Barbecue Sauce will continue to benefit the Bishop Sullivan Center, as will a new product — T shirts.
The $20 shirts are on sale at Zarda’s Bar-B-Q in Lenexa, Kan. The powder blue shirt has “Fear the Sauce” written on the front, and “#rallysauce” with a bottle of the sauce printed on the back.
“It’s not only part of the Royals and baseball, but its also to help the community,” said Maria Antonia of the Bishop Sullivan Center.
So far, 75 cases of the sauce have been sold across Kansas City. The average bottle costs $3. To find out more, click here.
