KANSAS CITY, Mo. — On Oct. 1, open enrollment starts in the health insurance marketplace.
The uninsured or those needing individual coverage can begin going to the website heathcare.gov to buy coverage from private insurers.
However, many of those people who are uninsured will find they won’t be able to get coverage.
