WARRENSBURG, Mo. — Investigators are looking for clues after an infant’s body was found at Pertle Springs in Warrensburg, Mo., on Tuesday.
A release from the University of Central Missouri indicates the discovery was made sometime in the afternoon at the school’s 300-acre recreation area that is south of the campus.
Information about the discovery from the school’s police department, Warrensburg Police Department or the Johnson County, Mo., Sheriff’s Office has not been supplied.
The university is urging anyone who may know something about this incident to contact the UCM Department of Public Safety at (660) 543-4123.
