ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — No such thing as bad publicity? You be the judge. The popular site Reddit has recently named a commercial produced in St. Joseph, Mo., promoting back-to-school shopping as the worst in history.
The off-key singing, bad beat boxing and awkward attempts at enthusiasm caught the attention of critics, and now the commercial is being seen by hundreds of thousands but for all the wrong reasons.
