LEE’S SUMMIT, Mo. — A judge ruled Friday that a controversial purple playset in Lee’s Summit can stay put.
The family who owns the set says they’ve won the case against the HOA.
FOX 4 reported earlier this month about how the neighborhood property association in the Raintree subdivision in Lee’s Summit and the family who owns the playset ended up debating the issue in court.
The board says the family put up the playset without their permission, and disagree with the family’s color choice.
The judge took a look at the evidence in the case and ruled in favor of the family who owns it.
