KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City has a lot of tough decisions to make about the next budget.
Saturday was the last of three public hearings on the matter where people got to weigh in on what needs more funding, and what should get cut.

As proposed, the budget would add more money for the Arts and Americans with Disabilities Act compliance. The codes department could lose some positions. There will be a vote late March.
