Houston, Tex. — The Wyandotte County Sheriff’s Department reports a man wanted in the death of a metro mother has surrendered to authorities. Timothy Webb was taken into custody by the Harris County Sheriff’s Department in Houston on Sunday morning.
Webb is considered a suspect in the murder of 43-year-old Sharon Nero. Nero’s body was found by a roommate in the KCK home she shared with three other people on May 30.
Webb is currently being transported to Kansas City, Kansas.
