KANSAS CITY, Kan. — A Kansas City Kan., police officer was injured Tuesday afternoon in an accident involving his patrol car and one other vehicle, near 5th and Armstrong Ave.
The officer was responding to assist a Kansas Highway Trooper on a car stop. Kansas City, Kan. Police report that two people were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
