KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A shooting victim showed up at a Kansas City area hospital on Sunday afternoon. But police say he didn’t survive.
A witness told officers she and the victim were sitting in a car near East 38th and Garfield Sunday afternoon. She said that’s when a man she didn’t know came up and shot the victim several times.
She rushed him to the hospital, but he died from his injuries.
