KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri Police are seeking Ryan Cobbins. He was last seen on Oct. 24 near 27th and Benton. He was driving an orange Chevrolet Camero with black stripes. The car has Missouri license plates with the number SD3-H3E.
Cobbins, 25, is a black male who is six-feet tall and weighs around 300 pounds.
