KANSAS CITY, Kan. — In an effort to remove graffiti from overhead highway signs, the Kansas Department of Transportation will remove catwalks from signs over Interstates 70 and 670 on Wednesday and Thursday.
Eastbound I-670 will be closed between 10 a.m. and noon on Thursday.
