KEARNEY, Mo. — Across the nation, downtown areas are targeting comebacks. Even in some smaller Missouri towns, money is being pumped into downtown areas in an effort to jump-start the local economy.
In Kearney, people might be surprised when they see how one old building is being revived to serve the public – at no expense to the taxpayers.
