LAWRENCE, Kan. — Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Lawrence man missing for nearly a month.
Police say that 38-year-old Phillip Owen Morgan was reported missing on June 11 and was last seen at his Lawrence apartment near 9th and Emery Road on the evening of June 5th. According to police, Morgan does not own a vehicle and frequents city parks and regularly walks or rides a bus.
Morgan is described as 5’10”, 210 lbs., with short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a short-cropped beard and regularly wears bandannas, baseball caps, or stocking hats as well as sunglasses.
Police say that they do not suspect foul play at this time, but are concerned for Morgan’s welfare. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.
