LEAWOOD, Kan. — Leawood Police are investigating a playground fire that started at about 9:35 p.m. on Monday at the Brookwood Elementary School, 3411 W. 103rd Street.
Several employees were inside the building, cleaning up after a banquet that was held earlier in the evening. Surveillance video obtained shows the suspect vehicle pull into the school parking lot around 9:15 p.m.
