LOS ANGELES — Actress Lindsay Lohan will go to jail for five days, then spend 90 days in a locked rehab facility as part of a plea bargain after a judge found she violated probation on a shoplifting conviction.
Lohan will also need to perform 30 days of community labor, undergo psychotherapy, and serve an additional two years of probation, the judge announced Monday.
