LENEXA, Kan. — A man is facing eavesdropping charges after a woman claims he peaked in on her and tried to take her picture in a Lenexa, Kan. dressing room.
Around one in the afternoon on Monday, police were called to Kohl’s department store, 12381 W. 95th Street, where a man was seen attempting to take pictures or video of a woman inside one of a changing rooms there.
Police say the peeper was chased out of the store by several people, and was then seen running eastbound towards a nearby apartment complex.
Officers found Jeremy F. Bradley, 35, at a nearby Taco Bell, 9600 Quivera Road, where they arrested him as their suspect. Bradley was then taken by the police back to the Kohl’s store where the initial incident took place. There he was identified by both the victim and a witness.
Bradley was transported to the Lenexa Police Department where he was served with a Notice to Appear in Lenexa Municipal Court on charges of Breach of Privacy and Eavesdropping. Bradley is set to appear in court on December 11.
