PACOIMA, Calif. – A man is attempting to sue the fast-food giant, McDonald’s, for $1.5 million dollars because he says they refused to give him more than one napkin with his meal.

According to TMZ, a man named Webster Lucas is claiming he has been suffering “undue mental anguish” after he says he only received one napkin with his quarter pounder deluxe meal. He said after he went up to the counter to ask for more napkins, but the employee rudely told him he had already received napkins and refused to give him anymore.

After Lucas emailed the general manager to complain, and said the location offered him free food as an apology, which he took as an insult. Lucas said he is no longer able to work as a result of the incident and the mental repercussions he claims it has caused him.
