KANSAS CITY, Kan. — A man who was at a home a half-hour before four people were murdered in KCK says he can`t believe his friends are gone.
Rusty Snow said he was helping his friend, one of the victims, put up a light and left about 10:30 p.m., only 30 minutes before his friends were shot to death at a home in the 3000 block of S. 36th Street.
Snow says if it wasn`t for his girlfriend calling to say she needed help putting her kids to bed, he would have been killed, too.
“I would have been one in the driveway dead, I know that,” Snow told FOX 4.
Snow says the man police are looking for, Pablo Serrano-Vitorino, was his friend`s neighbor and he thought they had a good relationship.

“What does he gain from this? What provoked him? There was nothing said, if something was said it was said in the 20 minutes I was gone,” Snow said.
He said when he returned to his friend`s house all he could see were lights from police cars and the bodies of his friend outside the house.
“It`s indescribable seeing your friends dead on the porch, don`t really know how to describe it. It`s just crazy. I can`t believe it happened,” Snow said.
Ruth Harter says one of the men killed was her husband Clint Harter and another victim was Austin Harter, her brother-in-law.
“I just want him found, all I want is justice for my kids,” Harter said.
Harter says she’s 8 months pregnant and she has a 2-year-old daughter.
Shelby Snow says she`s known Clint and Austin since they were kids and just saw them on Saturday.
“It`s just tragic. I feel really terrible, just sad. They were good kids, they just like to work on cars,” she said.
Rusty Snow says he wants Serrano-Vitorino to turn himself in and explain what happened. The suspect has been charged with four counts of murder in Wyandotte County, and the Missouri Highway Patrol suspects him in a fifth homicide that happened on Tuesday in Montgomery County, Mo.
That homicide victim was identified as 49-year-old Randy J. Nordman, who was shot to death.
Serrano-Vitorino is considered armed and dangerous, and is actively being sought. Do not approach him if seen, but call 911 or *55 immediately.
