KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Southbound lanes of I-635 were closed for about two hours Friday morning when a person was struck and killed on the highway.
The victim is a man, believed to be in his late 30s or early 40s. He was hit by a Chevy-S-10 at about 4:00 a.m. on I-635 near Highway 9.
Police did not suspect any foul play on the part of the driver. They have not released the identities of either and continued to investigate.
