DALLAS — A Dallas man admitted from jail that he stabbed his mistress to death after she told him she was HIV positive.

Larry Dunn, Jr., 36, is married and has children. Dunn says he snapped when Cicely Bolden told him she had the disease.

He also says he feels no remorse.

“So you think you just gonna give me HIV and then kick me to the curb? That’s not how this is about to happen, and I just took it there… and she’s no longer alive,” Dunn said.

Bolden was 28 years old. Texas is one of 13 states that does not criminalize HIV transmission. Health care providers must notify former sexual partners when someone tests positive, but not future partners.
